Ecommerce brands are increasingly turning to direct mail to target customers, and for good reason: response rates are almost unbelievable. PostPilot cites Adweek research showing that direct mail conversion rates can be 36 times higher than email.
With this play, we’ve combined the incredible response rates of direct mail with the power of Repeat’s replenishment timing.
You can put that power to use to send postcards to your customers, reminding them to reorder when they’re running low on a product they bought previously. This Play cleverly utilizes our "Due to Replenish" profile property and PostPilot's Klaviyo integration to do just that.
Best of all, it happens automatically! It’s a great way to bring one-time customers back for a second order. By sending postcards that nudge customers to re-up, you’re providing a helpful reminder and creating a personal touch that helps build long-term brand loyalty.
We recommend setting up this play for your most popular acquisition product to start. Once you’re up and running, you can to expand your efforts to cover more of your catalog.

2. Sync your Klaviyo segment to PostPilot
Head to PostPilot and navigate to Integrations > Klaviyo. Click “Manage” and then “Connect A New List Or Segment From Klaviyo.” Choose “Segment,” then add your segment ID from step 1, and name your segment. Your segment is now synced to PostPilot
3. Create a PostPilot segment
Now you can create a PostPilot segment that matches this Klaviyo segment. In PostPilot, head to Segments > New Segment. Choose Shopify, select your store, then “DIY”. Name your segment and filter for Klaviyo Contacts in the segment you just synced. Save This segment
