Repeat sends events to your email and SMS tools at the most important Moments. These events can be used to trigger automated flows for your customers. The event also carries additional data that you can use to personalize messaging.

With our Klaviyo integration, you’ll have access to Repeat’s profile enrichment via properties added that we add to your customers’ profiles. You can use these properties for personalization within campaigns, or to build segments. Learn more about the profile properties you can use >
The Repeat’s Personalized Cart provides your customers with a quick and easy replenishment experience. It’s highly optimized for conversion and cart size, which leads to higher LTV for you. Carts are customized based on your customer’s past purchases and pre-populated with items that are due for reordering.
Carts have three sections:
- Due to Reorder
- Products that a customer is likely running low on, based on the product’s reorder interval, are shown in this section and added to the cart automatically.
- Previously Purchased
- Products that a customer has purchased that are not “Due to Reorder” are shown in this section.
- You Might Also Like
- You can use this section to show additional products for upselling/cross-selling.

Now that you understand the basics, it’s time to get started!
1. Explore the Repeat Shopify App
The Shopify app is where you’ll find settings, integrations, analytics, and insights to help fine tune your retention strategy.
2. Add your channels
Head to the Integrations tab to connect Klaviyo, Postscript, and Attentive.
3. Review your products
In the Products tab, you’ll see which items are available on Repeat. Make sure you enable the Repeat sales channel in the Shopify admin to make the product available to Repeat.
4. Configure your Repeat Cart
In the Settings tab, you can customize your Repeat Cart. Add your logo, configure style options, add your Google Analytics tracking ID, and decide which products will appear in the You Might Also Like section.
5. Launch your first play
It’s time to launch a play! We recommend launching your first play on SMS to get up and running quickly.
